  3.     This is P C File III ver 3.0, the most resent level of P C File. There are
  4. many enhancements to the program.  Jim Button has decided to leave certain
  5. sections out of the doc to encourge sales of the program, but you can get by
  6. with what he gives you. Also, if you have a copy of the doc from ver 1.0 you
  7. can fill in the blanks for the most part. P C File III ver 3.0 doc is in a
  8. seperate file "PCFIL3V3.DQC". After unsqueezing this file, you should rename
  9. this file to PC-FILE.DOC.
